  • I think our Security is totally weak till we are showing soft hands on the terrorist see the Mhd. Afzal the Brain behind the terrorist attack on our parliament his life is more worthy for our politicians than the life of 13 security people who have lost there life for the cause of saving our MPs in the Parliament.

    Like that the Life of the Terrorist will be given importance by our politicians and they try to save these terrorist because they may also have a hand in these attacks because they always work for money they like to make money at any cost even at the cost of the nation.

    Lots of improvements like:

    Logistics and Disaster Management needs tremendous improvement

    It took NSG commandoes 4 hours to reach from 1 am to 5 am

    It took them long clearance time

    Better coordination & mock simulated situational training events is required for better interoperability amongst various forces with NSG commandoes

    They did a good job with whatever old limited toys they had
    But still

    DRDO must provide them the following:
    (From vision 2020 India Developed point of view)

    Night Vision Gear
    Surveillance + Attacking Robots with artificial intelligence to Secure Blocks of buildings etc
    Mobile Phone + Satellite Phone Spectrum Jamming Devices in their Backpacks from next time
    Better Training in Network Centric Zero Communication Gap Warfare Environment

    India also needs Indian FBI be formed in the last 100-120 days in hands of Congress Govt in 2008

    No more fooling like it is going on since last 62 years of independence
    India cannot be secure without FBI anymore

    Implement Transparent Democracy like Obama used technology

  • DEPLORABLE!!! as always, the Central Government agencies pretend to be very wise AFTER THE EVENT. we have an expensive Navy and a top heavy Central Intelligence mechanism that spends so much of the taxpayer's money. But they just amuse themselves blaming the State Government agencies. The Central Government has all the power but shirks all responsibilities; the States have no powers but bear all the blame.


  • Indian security is great. It is Pakistan who did this--they allowed for the terrorists to get all the weapons and everything. The Indian Army is one of the most upstanding armies in the world along with the Israeli Army.
    Those Muslim extremists are horrible cruel people. Hundreds of innocent Indian people died along with many foreigners. It is a tragedy.

    We cannot put blame on one country though. All countries need to join together in peace and we need to put a stop to these acts of terror by those stupid, ignorant Muslim extremist groups. America, Israel, India, Pakistan, England, Japan...every single country out there needs to end this slaughter of innocents.


  • How do you prevent terrorism with security short of putting up a wall and keeping the troublemakers on the other side of it.

    Even that doesn't work, witness Mexicans getting into USA and they aren't terrorists; just people looking for a better job. How do you deal with people determined to cause mayhem?
