Mouse point freezes for few sec?

  • i just bought a Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 6000 V2.0 from Costco for 39.99. But after I installed the software the pointer (probably the whole mouse) freezes randomly for about 5 sec each time, especially when playing games.
    Please help!

  • I had similar issues with a user (different brand of wireless mouse though). Turned out she had books blocking between the mouse and its receiver. So is there a clear signal between your mouse and its receiver?
